我平日里经常和家人去附近的菜市场买菜。我发现菜市场的摊位总是挂着很多关于食材安全的保证招牌，可是也经常在政府公开的食材监督网站里发现不同种类的食材总是有着各种不同的健康问题。
于是我花了一年的时间把2023年全国的食材问题记录下来，并加上和食材招牌作为对比，把它们编辑成书籍作品去加深人们对于食品安全的意识，得到了一些意想不到的结果。
I often go to the nearby market with my mother to buy groceries on weekdays. I found that the stalls in the vegetable market always hang a lot of signs guaranteeing the safety of ingredients, but I also often find that different types of ingredients have various health problems on government food supervision websites.
So I spent a year documenting the food safety issues across the country in 2023, and compared them with food signs. I edited them into books to deepen people's awareness of food safety and achieved some unexpected results.
